Designed and manufactured in the USA, the Rupp Gen2 PowerRigger™ delivers push-button control for outriggers ranging from 28 to 57 feet in length. Fully compatible with Rupp Marine Bigg Rigg™ and Tournament Ruppriggers™ outriggers, the Gen2 system is engineered for both OEM installation and refit applications on large sportfishing yachts.

The redesigned power unit weighs just 39 lbs. — a full 33% lighter than the previous generation — and features 52% less total volume, making it one of the most compact hydraulic outrigger systems available. The reduced footprint expands installation options across a broader range of vessel sizes and simplifies the installation process for builders and refit teams alike. The system operates on 24V DC and is also available in 110V AC.

System Configurations

Standard — Includes two hydraulic cylinders controlling port and starboard outrigger in/out movement for fishing position.

Standard Pro Series — All the features of the Standard model with the addition of simultaneous dual-rigger deployment for faster, more efficient outrigger operation.

Deluxe — Adds a second pair of hydraulic cylinders for full raise and lower capability, allowing outriggers to clear bridges and other obstructions while optimizing fishing spread.

Deluxe Pro Series — All the features of the Deluxe model with the addition of simultaneous dual-rigger deployment, delivering the ultimate in push-button outrigger control and operational efficiency.
